Before you sent a message, please check the following FAQ.

  1. I forgot my password. What do I need to do now?

    Please contact the user help desk at the university computer center. They will either reset your password or print out your current details provided you can show them a valid ID card.

  2. Some of my lectures I want to enroll are not visible. What should I do?

    Please contact the responsible department to geht further information.

  3. How do I change my study regulation?

    You can change your study course via this page. Once you have submitted all information, our support team will make the requested changes.

  4. Where can I check my test and exam results?

    At the moment, only students of the Department of Computer Science can check their results online. Students of other departments need to contact their exam office for further information.
